BRYAN D. PENNINGTON is a director of audit & accounting at Venman & Co, LLC.  Mr. Pennington joins the firm with over 10 years of experience in public accounting.  He specializes in providing audit and accounting services to not-for-profit organizations and family held businesses. 

Mr. Pennington was an audit manager at Blum Shapiro & Co. in the Shelton office before joining Venman & Co. LLC.  He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He received his B.S. in Accountancy from San Diego State University. 

Mr. Pennington relocated to Connecticut from California where he spent the first eight years of his accounting career at a mid-size firm in downtown San Diego where he was actively involved in the San Diego State University Alumni and in the not-for-profit community.  He currently resides in Woodbridge, Connecticut with his wife and son.
